Indonesian citizen, Iwan Prajogi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University, USA. With over 30 years of professional experience across the energy, oil and gas, telecommunications, and consulting sectors, he has built deep expertise in business support functions, organizational integration, and strategic transformation. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Business Support at PT Medco E&P Indonesia, Iwan leads E&P Finance, Human Resources & General Services, Digital IT, and Relations & Security, while concurrently acting as General Manager of Repsol Sakakemang B.V. His career includes senior leadership roles at MedcoEnergi, BP Indonesia, Baker Hughes, Schlumberger, as well as consulting experience with Accenture and Hewitt Associates.
